the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was very clean (i mean super clean!). the rooftop terrace offered great views, especially during breakfast.

A Romantic Getaway
major attractions room upgrade romantic decor
I found the location really good. Many major attractions were easily accessible. The staff offered very nice hospitality. They arranged a surprise room upgrade upon our arrival. I particularly enjoyed the romantic decor. There were delicate touches .
The room lacked adequate soundproofing from street noise. It affected our sleep quality.

Our room featured a comfortable king-size bed, soft linens, and plush pillows for a restful night's sleep. The decor added a touch of elegance. The room offered a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks and a modern bathroom with premium toiletries. We also found ample closet space for our belongings.

The hotel's location provides easy access to landmarks. We visited the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Several excellent restaurants surround the hotel. It allowed for convenient dining options. The area felt safe and cute.

The staff demonstrated really good care, promptly addressing all our requests. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist enhanced our experience and they even arranged for a special anniversary surprise. We were very grateful.

Very nice Hospitality and Perfect Location!
warm drink lovely gift chocolate lava cake
I received a warm welcome drink and a lovely local gift. My room featured beautiful decorations including balloons and rose petals. Each afternoon, I enjoyed a good surprise such as chocolate lava cake with fresh strawberries. I even received local sweets as a farewell gift when checking out. The staff assisted me with ordering delivery and storing my luggage for a future stay. The location is fantastic with easy access to many attractions.
The table next to the bed was pretty useless. There was an antique old phone leaving no room to set my cell phone.
